Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time:
- West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
- East Malaysia: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier service and location.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
