Q1: Are all your products 100% authentic?
Absolutely. We take authenticity seriously. JJSports is an authorized retailer for all the brands we carry (including Yonex, Victor, Joola, and Selkirk). Every product comes directly from the official brand distributors, complete with original packaging and verification tags where applicable.
Q2: How long will it take to receive my order?
We process and pack all orders within 24–48 hours.
- West Malaysia: Typically takes 2–4 working days.
- East Malaysia: Typically takes 4–7 working days.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Q3: Do you provide professional stringing services for rackets purchase online?
Yes! For rackets that support custom stringing, you can select your preferred string and tension (lbs) directly on the product page before adding it to your cart. Our in-house certified technicians handle all stringing with precision. (Note: Custom strung rackets may require an additional 1-2 days for processing).
Q4: Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you need to make changes, please contact our WhatsApp support immediately. We can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not been packed or shipped. For custom-strung rackets, once the stringing process has begun, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
Q5: What is your return and exchange policy
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that are in brand-new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact. Please note that used gear, customized rackets (strung), and personal items like socks or underwear cannot be returned for hygiene and customization reasons.
