You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, labels, and accessories are included
  • The product is not damaged by misuse or improper handling
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Strung rackets after use
  • Grip tapes, shuttlecocks, socks, or consumable accessories
  • Clearance, promotional, or sale items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items without original packaging
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund after verification.

  1. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–14 business days depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We allow exchanges for:

  • Wrong size shoes or apparel
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items shipped

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

  1. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived defective or damaged

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
